Warranty and what to expect:

All metal products have a ten (10) year limited warranty for breaks and defects.

All wooden products have a 5 year, limited warranty for defects and against rotting. Your wooden vine racks come to you primed and painted twice for best protection against the elements. We suggest that you repaint them every 5-7 years. Painting more frequently may be needed in southern states and slightly less frequently in northern states due to environmental conditions.

Augers are good for digging approximately three thousand (3,000) planting holes in rocky or clay soil and good for five thousand (5,000) planting holes in good/soft planting soil.
Vine Rings are super heavy duty and will last longer than the structure they are installed on.
Vine Racks will also outlast structure installed upon. They are constructed of metal dowels that will bend slightly to fit your structure. If you bend the rack during installation on accident, it can easily be bent back into original form.
Window Arch / Arbors are made to last a lifetime. Use all attachment screws and holes for optimal long-term success.
